Runescape Pking:

To kill another player, i suggest that you go on World 109. The only thing is, that if you are under Level 20, you can’t access these worlds. When you first log into Runescape, you will get a Pvp world guide, i suggest at all times in your inventory you have food. At some spots there are safe spots, like… Lumbridge Castle Courtyard, The Grand Exchange, and Every bank in Runescape. Almost anywhere you are, you can attack almost anyone, near your level that is. like say, if was Level 39, you could only attack players either 5 levels below your level, or up to 15 levels above you.

This is a great way to earn money, and get up XP.
